Charice Silverman received her MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay in 2007 from School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she now lives and works.
Charice returned to school in Manhattan in 2005 after nearly 10 years as a publication designer, layout artist and production director, in such far off places as Prague, Czech Republic. After receiving her MFA she soon became a dedicated designer for Scholastic’s international hit The 39 Clues, on which she still works, designing and illustrating print materials, game environments, and website components.
Though often seen in front of a Mac, she still thinks there’s something just that extra special about a painted piece, to remind us we’re human.
Charice welcomes your design and illustration challenges. Contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 415-860-1161.
